A little about me: I was licensed in 2006 after having spent 10 years working in conservation. My husband, Ryan, was licensed in 2012 leaving behind a 14-year career in the consulting world to pursue a less corporate work environment. Having built my real estate business to a sustainable level, I agreed that Ryans keen understanding of residential and commercial construction (not to mention his business savvy and easy personality) would be a great addition to the business.
With 24 years combined experience in the field of energy and water conservation, we bring a fresh, new perspective to the business of selling real estate. We have toured tens of thousands of homes across the state of Montana with an eye toward efficiency (or lack thereof!), giving us a solid understanding of residential construction of all vintages.
Over the past decade, we have completed a comprehensive restoration/update of our 1892 Helena home. In 2012 we were surprised and honored to receive a Lewis and Clark County Historic Preservation Award; evidence that we truly recognize and can help you rationally evaluate the potential in every property!
On a personal note, we are down to earth. I love my garden (Ryan loves the Chicago Bears), we drive a hybrid, are dedicated to supporting local business and taking good care of our planet. We enjoy live music, hiking our amazing Helena trail system, and gathering with friends and family for dinner and drinks. We support the vision of the Alternative Energy Resources Organization and their efforts to protect and strengthen Montana farms. In January of 2009, I began contributing a portion of each closing to this very important effort. Check them out at aeromt.org.
